Despite of all possible precautions failure of parts may occur at any given time. In fact, according to Murphy’s law, failure of the most critical part will occur at the most critical moment.
Therefore it is a good practice to have all-round technicians standby during the critical moments of operation. The all-round technician must fully know the complete system by hart, from power source (mains or generator) to controller.
The all-round support technician can define the root cause of any problem related to the video wall and/or projection system in the shortest time practically possible.
